Getting settled in....

I have a lot of pictures to post this time! We have finally settled in down here and are getting used to everything. We all work together in the city and are getting used to our job in "sales." It's not bad....at least the days are starting to go a little faster. Anyway...we catch a tram at about 11 in the morning and commute to work. We work 8 hours and then come back home. We've made several friends at work which is nice. Most of the people we work with are our age and are backpackers. Two of our friends are from Ireland, Anna and Fergus. They are shown in one of the pictures. We recently went to the George house for a barbie. It was so nice! So excited the girls got to meet the Georges finally. We took a train there and ate a nice meal! We had a great time.......such a great family. We have also done some shopping and have definitely enjoyed the night life here. We are so obsessed with the city. It's so lively....and very trendy. We live in such a great area. The weather has been good.....a lot of sunny days. Can't wait for summer to get here. Last weekend they had the grand final in Melbourne for the AFL (Aussie Rules Football). We went downtown to Federation Square and watched it on the big screen. It was unreal. AFL really is better/more exciting the NFL.......but Baseball is still better than Cricket. The other night we went out for Amy's (Jump's) 25th birthday. On the way home we found a table and a chair in an alley and decided to carry them home. I'm posting some pictures from that night as well. I'm also putting up some pictures from last night. We went over to the Cobon's for AZ's sister's 21st. It was so nice to be welcomed by another amazing family. Today we are going to go to the Crown casino and shop downtown. Destri is a gambler and hasn't been to the casino yet.......so it's about time to visit it. Anyways.....enjoy the pictures. We are loving it down here.
